Method of Organosilicon Modified Nitrogen Carbon Resin

The methods for modifying nitrogen carbon resin with organic silicon include physical blending and chemical polymerization. Physical blending refers to the direct addition of organic silicone resin to the carbon resin for physical blending modification; Chemical polymerization mainly involves the introduction of silicon containing groups into the main chain of organic nitrogen carbon polymers through copolymerization of silicon containing and jaw containing monomers or other methods, forming block, graft or interpenetrating network copolymers to achieve the purpose of modification. Generally speaking, physical blending modification is relatively easy, but chemical polymerization modification has better effects.

Physical blend methods
Organic silicon modifies the resin through physical blending. Take a certain amount of carbon coated resin (ZB-200, solid content 53%, prison content 19%), organic silicone resin (290, 28N from Wacker Chemical Company), and a mixed solution of butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, and cyclohexanone, and mix evenly at a speed of 200r/min in a high-speed dispersion machine, while adding a promoter. Add the drying agent dibutyltin dilaurate and the curing agent hexamethylene diisocyanate dimer in proportion, and mature at room temperature for 30 minutes to obtain a nitrogen silicon coating.
The organic silicon modified nitrogen carbon coating has passed the relevant performance tests of HG/T 3792-2005, and has excellent performance similar to nitrogen carbon coatings.Two different types of organic silicon resins are physically modified with nitrogen-carbon resin, and the modified coating has dual functional groups of organic silicon resin and nitrogen-carbon resin, exhibiting dual properties of organic silicon and nitrogen-carbon resin. However, there are differences in the modification effects of different organosilicon.

Another physical modification method for nitrogen silicone resin is to copolymerize tetramethylethylene monomer, vinyl acetate, allyl alcohol, and undecanoic acid to obtain a nitrogen silicone resin. When the solid content of the resin is 50%, the nitrogen content is 35%. Blending the obtained resin with a molecular weight of 5.0x1 Shanghai end light organic silicone resin, and then adding gas-phase silica, polytetraethylene powder, and other additives, high-speed stirring dispersion, grinding discharge, and adding solvent to obtain a nitrogen silicon coating.Mix the coating with at least one of the curing agents biuret, HDl trimer, and organic tin in a certain proportion and a solvent to solidify into a film. After the coating is dried, the low surface characteristics of the silicone material are affected, resulting in a macroscopic performance of hydrophobic and oil repellent super double hydrophobic properties. It is not sticky to both water-based and oily substances, that is, small advertisements pasted with glue, paste, and adhesive are easy to peel off and do not leave stains. Combined with a curing agent, the film can be forcibly cured at medium temperature or dried at room temperature, with a resistance to outdoor aging for up to 20 years. Suitable for various substrates such as cement, metal based, plastic, wood, ceramic, etc.
